Welcome aboard, Ruth. Yes, Poms are brill! and addictive!
Quite a few of mine attend Good Citizens' Classes and two have progressed to competitive obedience. Quark hasn't been
to any competitions as but I hope to enter him next year. He has just started his Gold Level GC training and that will take priority up until next summer. He is young and I don't want to rush things with him. My little girl, Summer is starting GC training this week ... if she enjoys that , she might start to enjoy being shown.
If you would like to email some photos through I can put them in the Members, photo album.
Regards
Pat

Hello June
The last show I went to was the South Wales Pom Open in February but hope to go to the Champ Show in November. Yesterday I did attend Bridgend Limit Show but it was to take part in a Good Citizens' display with Wolfie. Five of us were involved in that ... demonstrating some of the exercises which are learned at Silver and Gold Levels. The venue was excellent with plenty of exercise space outside. Took some pics which I intend to put on site later.

Do you still have Poms and Chihs ?
Best wishes
Pat

Hello Brenda
Glad you like the new site. Have experienced problems when editing (for months) but it now seems more stable. At present I am reconstructing the Why a Pom? page from my previous site. There is so much more to be done as time allows.
best wishes

Hi Pat.
Well done to Wolfie attaining his GC Gold level! And well done to you for all your devotion and hard work. Oh and Quark too!
Really like the new website. So much info and fun videos to watch. One of the best. I will update the link on my site. The public should know that poms are not only pretty but also very agile and smart!
All the best to you and your little geniuses,
Kim

Hello Jenna
They are very basic tips, because getting right down into the coat when brushing, is really important. I think that the photos clearly show how it should look when the hair is parted. Also, the amount of dead undercoat which I removed from Celeste is quite a lot, but it all grows back again quite quickly.
Hope the info is of some use to you. Will be putting more articles on site as time allows.
